While the beginning is straightforward, the game's nuances become apparent as you progress. For starters, here are:

The First Hurdle

Just like classic word games, you'll start with a 5x6 grid. Your task now is to enter a 5-letter guess word.

Because Today's Hurdle does not provide a specific topic, you will randomly fill in the first word. The game will immediately send you clues through the colors displayed directly on your answer:

Use those color clues to your advantage and guess the correct word, as you need to find the hidden word within the limited tries to move on to the next challenge. If you fail, the game ends here!

The Second, Third, and Fourth Hurdles

Once you've cracked the code in the first round and cleared the first hurdle, it's on to the next challenge! It's still a 5-letter word with 6 guesses, but Today's Hurdle will automatically refill in the word you've guessed correctly before, using it like a hint.

If any of the letters are in this second hurdle's mystery word, the game will highlight it, giving you a clue. But be quick, you've only got 5 chances to figure out the mystery word!

Successfully guess the word in 5 attempts or fewer, and you'll advance to the next round. Continue this pattern until you've completed all the rounds.

The Final Hurdle

At the final hurdle, the game will give you a head start by filling in the 4 keywords you've already discovered. Then, it will highlight the letters that match the final word. With only 2 attempts left, this is your last chance to win!
