Inspired by Wordle, Parolette - an Italian word guessing game - promises a fun and challenging learning experience.

With six chances per day, players must decipher a hidden five-letter Italian word. The tiles provide clues by changing color to show if the letter is correct, in the wrong spot, or not in the word.

A unique feature of this Wordle version is the opportunity to discover the rich nuances of the language. The vocabulary is diverse, ranging from everyday expressions to culturally rich Italian terms.

The more you play, the more your Italian vocabulary grows; your observation and reasoning skills will improve significantly. It's time to dive in!

How To Play

Start playing Parolette if you are now on our game website.

The 5x6 grid system indicates you have 6 attempts to guess the 5-letter secret word.

On your first guess, enter any word into the blank spaces. After you submit your guess, the tiles will change color to indicate:

  • Green tiles indicate the correct letters in the correct position. Keep them there!
  • Yellow tiles mean the letter is in the word, but it's not in the correct spot. Rearrange them!
  • Gray tiles mean the letter is not in the word. Eliminate it from your next guesses.
  • Based on the results of your previous guess, continue guessing.

If you guess the secret word within 6 tries, you win! Otherwise, you'll have to wait until tomorrow to try again.

Beneficial Tips To Conquer Parolette Easily

Strategize with common letters: Begin your guesses with words rich in common Italian vowels like E, A, I, O, U. Minimize the use of rare consonants like Q, X, and Z in your initial attempt.

Reuse confirmed letters: If a letter is confirmed to be in the word, try it in different positions.

Eliminate incorrect letters: If a letter is confirmed not to be in the word, avoid using it in future guesses.

Learn Italian vocabulary: The more Italian words you know, the easier it will be to guess the secret word.
