How To Play The Infinidle Game

You will begin the game by guessing a valid 5-letter word. After submitting your answer, the system will give you color feedback:

  • Green: The letter is in the word and correctly placed.
  • Yellow: The letter is in the word but in the wrong position.
  • Gray: The letter is not part of the word.

    • Once you guess the correct word, you receive 5 additional guesses, and a new word appears for you to solve.

    The best part is that you can tailor the difficulty level to your skills and preferences:

  • Default Mode: Guess the word correctly to continue gaining guesses. If you run out of guesses, the game ends.
  • Hard Mode: After each guess, the hints provided (via color feedback) must be used in your subsequent guesses, increasing the challenge.
  • Difficulty Increase Mode: The number of guesses available decreases as you progress through the game.
  • Harder Starts: Rather than beginning with a single word, you must start with two previously guessed words, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the game.
