Fans of shooting games must be familiar with Valorant - a thrilling tactical shooter game. It opens an interesting world where brave heroes and heroines fight off baddies. But some of you might not have enough time to join those fierce battles. Don’t worry! Valordle, a quick puzzle game, will help you!

This word-guessing game is inspired by Valorant and Strands NYT, as you can see from its name. In particular, the game inherits Wordle’s word-guessing mechanism and revolves around the Valorant universe.

The secret word could be abilities (like KAY/O abilities), agents, weapons, maps, sites, and so on.

How To Play The Valordle Game

Similar to the Wordle game, the adventure of Valordle begins with a 5x6 grid. This means you will have to find out a 5-letter word within 6 tries. Your guesses must be valid English words and free of special characters, such as slashes or spaces.

To give answers, you can either click on the on-screen keyboard or type in directly using your physical keyboard. Then, hit “Enter” to submit your guess. The system will analyze your answer and return some hints for your next attempt by changing the tiles’ color.

  • If a tile switches to green, the letter appears in the solution word and is placed correctly.
  • When a tile turns yellow, that character belongs to the secret word, but you have to change its position.
  • A tile becoming gray means the solution word doesn’t contain that letter. Don’t use it in your next guess.
  • Try to solve the puzzle with as few tries as possible! This not only adds excitement to the game but also allows you to sharpen your skills and expand your vocabulary. For English learners, it kills two birds with one stone!
