Overview Of The Squaredle Game

When mentioning a word-guessing game that has made a breakthrough in the global player community, Wordle must be one of the most outstanding names.

The Wordle game is an obvious example of how a simply designed game can attract millions of players with fascinating gameplay. Because of its success, many developers have created their own Wordle-like spin-offs, which include similar hints and features.

Despite being a variant of the Wordle game, Squaredle is modified with more creative and exciting gameplay. Besides, it challenges players with more hidden words than in the original Wordle, with five hidden words compared to only one. However, the puzzles in this version won’t be as tough as the Wordle game.

How To Play The Squaredle Game?

Players will start the challenge with a 5x5 grid. Five rows represent the number of hidden words, and 5 columns indicate the number of letters in a hidden word. Players will have to guess five 5-letter English words in the Squaredle game.

Although the mission sounds more complicated than in the Wordle game, it’s actually easier than the original version. In Wordle, you will have to guess a word without any hint from the game. On the contrary, the Squaredle game provides players with all the letters that will be included in the game’s secret words in advance, but the letters are shuffled randomly to result in an overwhelming layout for players.

Your mission is to drag the letters from incorrect spots to appropriate spots so that they combine into a precise English word. It is acceptable to drag the letters vertically or horizontally; diagonally dragging won’t be allowed. You win the game when you find out all the hidden words in the game.

Colors In The Squaredle Game

The green color is applied to letters perfectly placed in the appropriate spots of the secret word, so don’t move the green letters to other locations; just keep them where they are.

The yellow indicates letters that also appear in the row where they stay. Yet, the position of the yellow letter must be altered to the left or the right.

The orange color shows letters included in one of the five hidden words, which means the letters can stay in one of the five rows, not only the row they are standing in.
